WHAT AGE DID YOU START RIDING / HOW DID YOU GET STARTED? Started at the age of 24 years old. My husband raced in 2018 and got me into it in 2019!

WORD OF ADVICE TO ANYONE WANTING TO RIDE: You can do anything you put your mind to so never give up or lower your standards.

HOW IT IS TO BE A PART OF THE FLY FAMILY: They don’t fall short with making you feel like family! Super friendly staff and so easy to talk to! My favorite part of Fly is so hard to pinpoint! Their gear is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. Breathable, flexible, and fits just right! My protective gear is also amazing, after some bad crashes I’ve had my helmets and chest protector always have kept me safe and make it to where I can push hard because I know they will do the job! My favorite memory is seeing Hope at the track! She is always so happy and loves the atmosphere and she’s so supportive. To be able to hug one of your main sponsors after/ before you race and knowing they are there for you just puts me in a good mood.

​The Dirt Series Finale is only 5 days away and we are excited to showcase 2 days of racing with Dirt Bikes featured on Saturday and  UTVs & ATVs featured on Sunday. Fox Raceway hosts the Final Round of the Dirt Series 2018 season on the newly designed Main Track. To make this even more exciting this will be a DOUBLE POINTS round!! Come out and enjoy a full weekend of racing as the points battles and race season unfold.  Online registration is currently open so be sure to get signed up before the race and cut through the lines.

Dirt Bikes race Saturday morning and UTV & ATV practice will happen in the afternoon when racing has concluded. UTV & ATV racing will then go off Sunday morning normal time. ALL online registration closes Friday night but we will offer trackside registration for UTVs & ATVs Saturday afternoon during practice until 5pm. The website is current so please check there for actual times. We will post via social media on Friday and Saturday as well as at the trackside registration booth**

We will be using our new scoring system again this round and will have transponders. ALL UTVs will be required to use the 2-strip transponder set-up. Dirt Bikes and ATVs, the 1-strip set-up. Everyone will be required to go through tech to have their transponders and numbers checked. These new transponders are re-usable and will be very inexpensive to purchase. Team ITP racers won eight classes, tallied 21 podiums and officially wrapped up six class championships at the finale of the 2014 Mtn. Dew ATV Motocross National Championship series held in Hurricane Mills, Tenn.   "We had a big weekend at Loretta's in Tennessee, winning several classes and earning almost two-dozen podiums. More importantly, Jeffrey Rastrelli captured the Pro-Am championship with an impressive double-moto sweep and four other racers took home five amateur class titles," said Pat McGuire, Public Relations / Race Support. "Josh Creamer also proved ITP tires are versatile and offer lots of traction even in poor conditions. He grabbed the holeshot and second-moto victory in the Pro class on Saturday, despite the horribly muddy track. It was a good way to end the year."

The Can-Am Dirt Days event was held in high humidity at the popular Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch MX facility, which was soaked by intermittent rain showers. Seventeen Pro and Pro-Am racers competed on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. With the Pro class already determined at the previous round, the focus shifted to finishing strong for the top pilots of Team ITP. And because the Pro-Am class and some of the amateur class championships were still too close to call, the fans and racers were both glued to fences.  Josh Creamer (BCS Performance / Can-Am / ITP) has had a challenging season, but looked to end the year on a high note. The former national champion did just that as he earned his first podium of the season with a stellar 4-1 moto scorecard. The moto two win (and holeshot) was his first in nine rounds. In fact, in addition to being a big confidence builder the win was impressive because Creamer dominated on soggy track. He ended up finishing sixth place in the Pro class standings.

Finishing one spot behind Creamer in the season standings was Jeffrey Rastrelli (JB Racing / Cheerwine / Can-Am / ITP). Rastrelli made huge strides this year in the Pro class, having earned his first podium at round seven, but took ninth at Loretta's. He was sixth in moto one, but finished outside the top 10 in moto two due to a crash. However, on the season, he notched seven top-10 finishes and placed in the top-five four times. Rastrelli also earned the 2014 Pro-Am class championship with an impressive 1-1 moto sweep at Loretta's. The Tennessee win was his third in the class this year. He ended up winning by 18 points.

Sean Taylor (Root River Racing / Motowoz / ITP) and Silas Lamons (Jay Huckabey Racing / Suzuki / ITP) both competed in the Pro ranks at round nine. Taylor scored his best finish of the year with sixth overall (9-6), to capture the No. 10 spot in the final point standings. He also scored a third-place podium finish in the Pro-Am division to earn fourth for the year. Lamons took 12th (13-11) in the Pro class. 

Amateur class racers notched seven wins at the finale for Team ITP. Dylan Tremellen (RRR / Rage ATV / FTR / Motowoz / ITP) won the Production A and 450 A classes with 1-1 moto sweeps. He is also the 2014 Production A class champion and runner-up in the 450 A class. The 450 A title was earned by "Factory" Sam Rowe, who finished second in the class and the Open A class at the final round. Rowe (RRR / Rage ATV / FTR / Motowoz / ITP) also won the Open A class title. Megan Manshack capped her championship season with another 1-1 moto sweep in the Women's class and her best finish in the 450 B ranks, taking second overall. Haedyn Mickelson (RRR / ITP) won the 450 B class and took third in Open B. Westley Wolfe (Greg's ATV / ITP) notched two wins at Loretta's, taking the top podium spot in both the Schoolboy Sr. (14-17) and Schoolboy Jr. Open (13-15) classes. Noah Mickelson won the Super Mini (12-15) class for the third time in 2014 to ensure he would go home with the No. 1 plate and class championship.

MILLFIELD, Ohio (June 8, 2014) - The 2014 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship, hosted the 25th running of the Wiseco John Penton GNCC on Saturday from Millfield, Ohio. In a dominant fashion, N-Fab AmPro Yamaha's Walker Fowler captured his second straight victory in the XC1 Pro Class, while his teammate Cole Richardson made it three-in-a-row in the XC2 Pro Am Class.

RacingPowersports.com/CST Tires/PirateMX.com's Adam McGill got off to a great start after grabbing the $250 Twin Air/DeRisi Racing XC1 Holeshot Award, leading the field of XC1 Pro riders into the first lap. Fowler stole the lead away on the opening lap and the duo diced it out for the lead position early on.

McGill took over the lead on the second lap, where he opted to pit for fuel, while Fowler chose to fly past his pits and into the lead. The rest of the front-runners joined McGill in pitting on lap two, allowing Fowler to break away out front.

Coming off a DNF at the previous round due to mechanical issues, Precision/Maxxis Tires Chris Bithell headed into round eight with vengeance. Bithell put himself into a favorable position right away as he tucked in behind the duo of Fowler and McGill up front. The Pennsylvania native entered a battle with McGill around mid-race, eventually making the pass for second on lap three.

Meanwhile, five-time GNCC Champion Chris Borich had to pick his way through the pack from an uncharacteristic start outside the top five. Borich quickly moved his way into fourth but the Team Maxxis rider began losing time from there. On the final lap, Borich succumbed to a mechanical issue that began affecting his machine after the mid-way point. Borich was forced to receive a tow back to his pit area, where he was unable to finish the race.

It was a tough break for Bithell, who was running in the second place position, as his day ended before the checkered flag once again.

Amidst all the chaos on the final lap, DWT Racing's Jarrod McClure continued to ride a solid pace as he had done all afternoon. McClure maintained a fifth place position throughout the two-hour race, but the Pennsylvania native was the one to capitalize on the mechanical issues ahead, where he jumped two positions from fifth to third place on the final lap.

Round eight marks McClure's second podium finish for the season, where he now holds fourth overall in the championship standings.

Neal sits in seventh place in the championship standings after eight rounds of racing.

N-Fab AmPro Yamaha's Cole Richardson made the XC2 Pro Am championship points chase a little more exciting after capturing the round eight victory to bring the points tally to a tie with closest competitor and fellow rookie Marshal Goings. Richardson's stellar performance was enough to land himself a fifth place overall for the day, followed by GT-Thunder's Brian Wolf who finished sixth overall.

XC1 Podium: (left) Adam McGill, Walker Fowler, (right) Jarrod McClure Photo: HillWest Virginia's Brent Sturdivant finished seventh overall for the day, while GT Thunder/Maxxis/Howser Racing's Josh Merritt came in eighth, followed by SICC Racing's Marshal Goings in ninth from the XC2 Class, and Waynesburg Yamaha/GT Thunder/GBC-backed Jeff Pickens rounded out the top ten overall.

BNR Motorsports/Loctite's Kevin Yoho secured 10th place in the XC1 Class and 11th overall, while Ohio's very own Braden Henthorn scored 9th place in the XC1 Class and 12th overall in his return to racing after a recent jaw surgery.

Fowler's second straight victory in the XC1 Pro Class, along with Borich's misfortune at round eight, brings the Ohio native to within eight points of Borich's lead in the championship standings. With five rounds remaining in 2014, Fowler has entered himself into a head-to-head battle with the five-time champion for the first time in recent history.

SICC Racing/Maxxis Tires-backed Goings put up a fight throughout the first half of the afternoon, but in the end Richardson's fast-pace was untouchable. Goings took second place for the day, where he and Richardson sit tied with 200 points in the first place position.

New York's Marty Christofferson continued his consistent streak atop the podium with yet another third place finish in the XC2 Class. Christofferson got off to a top five start and maintained a solid third place position all afternoon. Christofferson continues to hold third place in the championship standings after eight rounds of racing.

It was another good day for Ohio native Blake Tornes, who captured the College A (16-21) Class victory, as well as the Top Amateur honors with 16th overall.

For the first time this season, the 10 a.m. overall podium was swept by the young guns of the Schoolboy (13-15) A/B division, where Ohio's Cody Collier secured his fourth straight $125 GT Thunder Amateur Overall at the John Penton. Collier was joined by his closest competitor in the class, as well as for the overall win, Westley Wolfe. Wolfe has been plagued by bad luck this season but the Maryland native was able to land a solid second place finish. Multi-time GNCC Champion in the Youth ranks, Hunter Hart, made his second career appearance on the overall podium with a third place finish for the day.

ATV Parts Plus/Can-Am's Buckhannon was joined atop the podium by Can-Am X-Team's Kevin Trantham and his teammate Jordan Phillips, who rounded out the 4x4 podium with third place in the class. BNR Motorsports/Loctite/Can-Am rider Rob Smith finished fourth in the class and Factory Polaris/Coldcock Whiskey's Rick Cecco rounded out the top five for the day.

Saturday afternoon saw round four of the six-race Side-by-Side championship where the state of Ohio once again proved tough as two of the three podium finishers hail from the Buckeye state. With Kyle Chaney behind the wheel, team Can-Am/Chaney Racing battled it out early on with fellow Can-Am driver Tim Farr and his JB Offroad 41 team. Chaney eventually made the move on the JB Offroad 41 team to take over the lead and he didn't look back from there.

Led by Treavis Poynter, the team made up seven positions throughout the one-hour race, finishing less than one second behind the leaders.

Team Can-Am/Chaney Racing holds the XC1 Modified points leadPhoto: HillIt was nearly a photo-finish between teammates Polaris National Guard, led by William Yokley, and Coastal National Guard's Scott Kiger as the duo battled into the final corners of the Sunday Creek Motocross track. While leading, Kiger got hung up in one of the final sections and Yokley cruised past to secure the final podium position for the day.

Florida native Brandon Frazier secured his seventh Youth overall of the season where he claimed yet another 90 Open (12-15) victory. Frazier was joined by Pennsylvania's Tim Sroka in second place and West Virginia's Carter Kerens rounded out the overall podium with third place.
