Good reason's for Rebuilt engine:
With a remanufacture Jet Ski engine exchange. You don't know whose problem motor you are getting. It might be a lemon motor, or have miss aligned cases, CASES ALL WELDED UP or a bad cylinders. You don't want some one else's problems! Also the Engine #'s wont match your vehicle reg Or pink any more. So, best solution is to rebuild your existing Jet Ski engine.
Our Shortblock Jet Ski rebuilt Engine, Waverunner engine and Sea Doo engine include new performance Hot Rods, Barings and Seals on Crank. We also bore cylinder next size up and install Wiseco performance pistons. These parts will give up to 10hp more and engine last longer as result. We give you extra gaskets for reinstall of engine plus on Sea Doo models we add a shop manual cd-rom for install instructions. Engine comes with a 1-year limited warranty. We only need cylinder, crankshaft, crankcase and heads. All other items such as starters, manifolds, pipes, bedplates, flywheels, reeds and couplers should be removed before shipping or there will be a fee for removal of those items. You must get an RA# before shipping and put that # on outside of box. Please put a detailed note inside of box with address, Email, make, model and phone #’s. You can use FedEx ground or UPS for shipping engine. We will ship back by FedEx ground. Please package engine good (good packing, not pop corn) you can use wadded up newspaper and a cardboard box. Be sure to reinforce the box with extra cardboard sides and bottom, as the UPS likes to bang box’s around (insure it) and they take forever on damage claims. If you box your engine well, you will not have those problems.
